$25.00 Initial Application Fee
Nursery licenses are required for businesses and individuals that distribute or offer for sale or resale any nursery stock. Licenses are also required for landscaping and lawn maintenance businesses if providing, planting or installing new plants or turf.
Penalty: $25.00 if license fee is not paid by anniversary due date. The anniversary due date is one year from the date of issuance.Click here for the Montana Code Annotated page.
